Jill Stein, who has been training and teaching group fitness classes since 1996, believes that true fitness comes from within. She approaches fitness from a holistic angle, emphasizing goals and training that support the entire body. Her hope is that each of her clients will feel a change radiating from the inside out. Jill’s specializations include: pre and post natal fitness, sports specific athletic performance, and Yoga Therapeutics (such as insomnia, hypertension, anxiety, depression, back pain, fatigue, digestion, migraines, weight loss and cancer).

She has completed nearly 100 triathlons, ranging from sprint triathlons to half iron man distances, as well as several marathons. Jill holds certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Step, Les Mills Body Pump, Studio Cycling, TRX, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
