Emphasizing the importance of flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness

Karle Wagner focuses on guiding her clients to meet their changing fitness needs throughout the many phases of life. She enjoys training individuals new to exercise, who may require a greater amount of instruction and assistance. Karle also has extensive experience training active mature adults, and specializes in prenatal fitness and [prenatal] yoga. Her background in massage as well as certifications as both a yoga and mat pilates instructor help to guide her style.

Karle received a B.A. in Psychology, and a minor in Physical Education, from North Dakota State University. She has been working in the fitness field for twenty years as a group fitness instructor, program coordinator, and an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer.
