Kim is passionate about health and fitness, and the quality of life that comes along with it. She works with people with a wide range of abilities and fitness levels, because she feels strongly that Pilates has something to offer everybody.

Kim brings expertise in the areas of injuries and special populations to her Pilates mat and Reformer instruction, as well as specialty knowledge in the mechanics of the lower extremity and proficiency in analyzing gait patterns. She is also a certified cycling instructor, and avid runner and snowboarder who loves to travel, and enjoys spending free time with her family.
